With the “Stay at Home” order in effect in most US states and around the world to fight COVID-19, many are required to #WFH “Work from Home”, but equally as important is to #WFH “Workout from Home” to boost immunity, elevate your mood, and achieve overall wellness.
With that being said, now is the time to try to remain cool, calm, and collected as we come together—and there’s no better way to stomp out stress, power your health, and aim for mindful movements than with free fitness classes that you can safely do at home. Head on over to OrangeTheory and join them for #OrangeTheoryAtHome. Each day they are sharing a new 30-minute workout video, featuring some of its most popular coaches from around the world. You’ll love that the workouts don’t require any special equipment, but instead feature everyday household items (think of a suitcase, cans, step ladder, etc.). And, for a cardio block they might suggest chasing your kids or dog around the house which not only makes it fun for you but also the entire family even the furry ones!
Get your goals and squad on with Barry’s Bootcamp live. That’s right head on over to Barry’s IG for free daily 20-minute bodyweight workouts that go live on Instagram every day at 9am PDT AND 12 pm PST. Join coaches as they help you achieve that burn, from leg days to overall total body workouts that will not only make you sweat but will also make you feel great that you’re doing it live and together with the Barry’s fam.

Don’t sweat it if you don’t have a bike or treadmill because the Peloton app offers a little something for everyone, including strength training, dance cardio, yoga, meditation, stretching and more. Just set up your mat and search through the app for your fitness fix.
