Almond milk and berries oatmeal
This oatmeal is the perfect way to start your day strong! It’s packed with 20 grams of organic plant protein, fiber-filled oats, nutrient-rich greens, heart-healthy & anti-inflammatory nuts, and mineral-packed maple syrup.
Ingredients (serves one):
1 cup Almond Milk
1 scoop of Garden of Life Protein & greens in Vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Walnuts
½ cup of Rolled Oats
½ cup of berries, a combination of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries (used as toppings for your oatmeal)
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (used to drizzle over oatmeal)
Pour Almond Milk, Garden of Life Protein & greens in Vanilla flavor, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, and ¼ cup Walnuts into blender. Blend these ingredients together.
Stop blender, then insert ½ cup of Rolled Oats. Blend lightly on lowest setting/level for 10-15 seconds.
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. You can refrigerate for longer, about an hour or two to serve deliciously chilled.

This creamy shake tastes amazingly-good and refreshing for the warmer summer season, it has a tropical touch with a healthy-dose of ingredients. Ingredients (serves one):
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein in Vanilla
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
1 whole banana, sliced
1 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
Pour all ingredients into a blender in the order listed above (this way you make sure to create a creamy-thick shake). Mix together in blender, serve and enjoy!

½ cup of Walnuts
2 bananas, peeled and frozen
2 frozen cherries
Toppings- 3-4 pieces of Walnuts, 3-4 pieces of Dried Tart Cherries
Pour all ingredients into a blender in the order listed above, except for toppings. Blend on medium setting until smooth.
Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 2-3 hours to create an ice-cream consistency that’s creamy-cool. Remove from freezer and place in dessert serving bowls. Then place toppings for some crunchy and savory treats.
