Raw Organic Meal in Vanilla tastes semi-sweet, is super yummy, and has a pleasant flavor that can be mixed with a variety of ingredients. It tastes great alone when mixed with water and its oh-so-good when combined with almond milk so it’s a fantastic flavor to mix in a shaker bottle and take on the go. But, if you want to boost it up and make it your go-to grab-and-go meal in the mornings that will energize you and power up your day then take a look at my Morning Maca and Protein Powered Smoothie.
Morning Maca + Protein Powered Smoothie
Ingredients (serving size: one smoothie)
1 cup of Almond Milk (You can use unsweetened or sweetened)
1 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal in Vanilla
1 teaspoon of Organic Goji Berry
1 teaspoon of Organic Maca powder
1 teaspoon of Organic honey
1 teaspoon of Bee Pollen (*Do not use if you have a bee allergy)
1 teaspoon of Royal Jelly (*Do not use if you have a bee allergy)
1 cup of Frozen Organic Berries (You can use a trio combination from Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, or Strawberries. Or you can pour 1 cup containing all these berries)
Pour all ingredients into a blender in the order listed above (this way you make sure to create a creamy, thick smoothie). Mix together in blender, serve and enjoy!
*Note: Double up the ingredients to make 2 servings and share this scrumptious smoothie with your partner!

Chocolate-Cherry Protein Pudding Recipe
Ingredients (serving size: one pudding bowl)
1/2 cup of Almond Milk (You can use unsweetened or sweetened)
1 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal in Chocolate Cacao
1 teaspoon of Organic Almond Butter (creamy, not chunky)
1/3 cup of Organic dried Tart Cherries
2-4 pieces of Walnuts (or Almonds), and 2-3 pieces of Organic dried Tart Cherries to add as toppings for a little extra nutritional crunch and fruity flavor — and to make the pudding look fancy for serving to your loved ones
In a medium-sized bowl, pour ½ cup of Almond Milk (unsweetened or sweetened)
Mix in 1 teaspoon of Organic Almond Butter
Next, mix in 1 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal in Chocolate Cacao
Mix 1/3 cup of Organic dried Tart Cherries
Continue stirring until all ingredients are mixed in completely into a thick and creamy consistency
Top off your pudding with 2-4 pieces of Walnuts (or Almonds), and 2-3 pieces of Organic dried Tart Cherries
Place bowl in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Or you can stick it in your freezer for 10-15 minutes to enjoy sooner.
*Note, this pudding tastes ah-mazing and turns into a thick but creamy pudding if left in the fridge for 4-6 hours. You can create it very easily and quickly in the morning and enjoy it as a mid-day snack or you can create it in the evening and leave it overnight for a yummy morning nutritional treat!
