As we aim to get fit for the summer and beach play, Reebok, the global fitness leader gives us more motivation to go beyond—and get healthy and happy thanks to its inspirational ‘Hands’ campaign, an evolution of the brands “Be More Human” platform.
Reebok recently sat down with Reebok athlete and phenomenal UFC female fighter Ronda Rousey for an exclusive one-on-one interview where she explains why her hands are important to her and what they mean to her and her success. With the idea of the campaign that our lives are shaped by how we move through them and the thought that for every callus on our hands and scar on our bodies, an even deeper mark is made within; and ultimately, we become more human.
Check out the post where Ronda shares, ‘I don’t have pretty hands and I’m proud of it.’ And in recognition of National Women’s Health Week this week, get “roused” to honor the woman warriors within us and around us—and reflect on the crucial role fitness plays in leading a healthy lifestyle!
