Embark on an entertaining and full-evening paranormal presentation that will captivate you and connect you to the spirits of the Queen Mary’s past with the debut of master magician and apparitionist, Aiden Sinclair in ‘Illusions of the Passed; Legends of the Queen Mary, A Theatrical Séance!’ opening tonight Friday, September 14 at the all-new Revenant Room.
As seen on the hit series America’s Got Talent and Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Aiden Sinclair brings his interactive theatrical séance to the Queen Mary where you WILL experience an extraordinarily immersive show that’s truly one-of-a-kind and eerily-enthralling as you travel back in time to encounter the spirits that linger within the Queen’s haunted hulls and learn about its ghosts and legends
What’s good Gab, had the opportunity to experience this much-anticipated theatrical séance in a special sneak preview last night—and we were filled with wonder, and a newfound sense of how the lines of reality and illusion can be blurred and be one in the same. Without giving away too much about the experience and the show, because this is definitely a MUST-SEE, here are a few highlights of the night.
CURIOSITY-FILLED LOUNGE

Upon boarding the Queen Mary your journey to the all-new Revenant Room takes you deep into the dark corridors of the stern of the ship on B-Deck. Once you’ve arrived, you are taken back in time and greeted by the lovely Rebecca Knight, Aiden Sinclair’s assistant who gives you entrance into a visually-stunning lounge and bar. The lounge is dark and cozy, and filled with a variety of curiosities and artifacts with a haunted history. And it is impressive, like a mini-museum of the macabre featuring supernatural objects like the doll that inspired Rod Serling to write Twilight Zone’s ‘Talking Tina’ episode to medical records from the infamous Waverly Hills Sanitarium and the Guest Register and Front Desk Bell from the historic Stanley Hotel. These displays will shock and delight you, making for great conversation pieces—and a scary-good way to get you in the mood for what’s to come!
LIBATIONS THAT WILL RAISE YOUR SPIRITS

The all-new Revenant Room has a cozy corner bar offering a variety of specialty cocktails that are to die for! Go ahead and pick your poison because you will LOVE these specially created libations that feature frightfully-fun names like Blood and Bourbon and the Lady in White. Not only do the drinks taste devilishly delicious but they are made in front of you by the mixologist and presented like a work of art…and yes, they are Instagram-worthy so feel free to take a sip and snap away!
What’s good Gab had the opportunity to taste a few of these creepy-cool cocktails, so if you want our recommendations, we suggest you order…
Smoke and Mirrors

Smoke and Mirrors features knob creek smoked maple bourbon, sweet vermouth, black walnut bitters, and hickory smoke that’s beautifully balanced. And be sure to take a snap when your drink comes up in smoke as it is being prepared by the bartender.
Drop of Lavender

Drop of Lavender is perfect if you’re looking for something that’s both citrusy and sweet. It features grey goose le citron, crème de violet, lavender syrup (which gives it that exquisite lavender hue), fresh lemon juice and a tasty sugar rim.
The Gent

The Gent is a handsomely prepared drink that’s cazadores reposado tequila, liquid alchemist ginger, activated charcoal, agave nectar—and garnished with an edible flower and gold flakes. A mouth-watering cocktail that will satisfy your palate and have you feeling like a million bucks. The Gent also serves up one of the coolest Instagram snaps for its stunning edible flower and eye-catching gold garnish.
THE SPECTACULAR SHOW WITH AIDEN SINCLAIR

When showtime arrived we ventured into the all-new Revenant Room, an intimate theater that sets the stage for master magician Aiden Sinclair’s brilliant and mind-boggling show, ‘Illusions of the Passed; Legends of the Queen Mary, A Theatrical Séance!’ The Revenant Room is dimly-lit and the stage is filled with more curiosities that will make your eyes widen and wander, all bringing in a sense of excitement of the unknown that’s to come. The theater is small and intimate, making every seat a great spot to take in the show, giving you a close look on the action.

Aiden Sinclair welcomes you and draws you in with his charismatic persona that’s filled with both magic and mystery as well as wisdom and wit. Aiden, forewarns you that the show is interactive yet all guests are welcomed to participate on a voluntary basis, so you can feel free to take part or spectate from your seat. Aiden begins with a traditional card trick that turns out to be anything but ordinary, he then takes you on a journey where you will see the inexplicable and witness apparitions of the Queen’s past, and who knows you might be the lucky one to get touched by a ghost or speak with a long, loved deceased!
Overall, the show is a magnificent medley of magic, the supernatural, haunted history, and good-humor—and at its best, it’s an eerily-entertaining experience where you’ll leave not knowing what was real or an illusion, or simply sleight of hand or your mind playing tricks on you!
‘Illusions of the Passed; Legends of the Queen Mary, A Theatrical Séance!’ is a definite must-see where you will be wowed, shocked and surprised—and you will be moved to feel a connection to the Queen Mary’s resident spirits as well as leave your own mark on the ship.
